My wife and I recently purchased a new trailer from Race Track RV (now Alan Dale RV), and the overall experience was marvelous. Everyone was awesome, even when we changed our mind as to what trailer we were going to buy. If you are looking to buy an RV, I strongly recommend Race Track (now Alan Dale RV).

If you are considering buying an RV - go straight to Race Track RV. Our initial impression was favorable. Rob, in the sales department, welcomed us at the door and took ample time to listen to our concerns and to educate us. He was congenial, friendly, informative and did not use high pressure sales tactics. He quickly determined what we wanted and showed us some options.

Shawn, in the service department, was personable, knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. We appreciated the information and valuable suggestions, he shared with us.

Graham, the mechanic/service technician, who did our walk though was great! He was methodical, thorough, pleasant, an outstanding communicator and patient teacher.

Kudos to these three men and the many other staff at Raceway RV who helped make this adventure of purchasing an RV such a positive one.

I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an RV to go to Race Track, we had recently lost our 2006 trailer due to a 170 Kilometer cross wind which wrote off both our truck and trailer. I did the normal search for a replacement trailer, on line, visiting dealerships around the Calgary area etc. Although there were other units available, none of these dealers could match the welcoming feeling and prices at Race track. Ken took the time to explain the pros and cons of different manufacturing styles and after finding out what we use the trailer for actually talked us out of buying a newer more expensive trailer. We purchased a 2015 fun finder that had been lightly used, but there were still some issues with the interior. Ken and Shawn where amazing, and all the issues where corrected, the end result was the trailer looks brand new.
The service department ( Shawn) was very helpful and I had numerous in-depth conversations with him over a two week period (both in person and over the phone), dealing with batteries, hitches etc. There was no pressure to buy from them only great information. After doing my own research I found that there pricing was very comparable and in some cases cheaper that other retailers. The walk through prior to taking the trailer home was very extensive and not rushed at all. The staff member who helped me (can't remember his name but he had a slight accent) was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The information not only included all the functions of the Fun finder but also about at home on going maintenance tips. It should be noted that there building, show room and lot are not the fanciest, don't be thrown off by this, the staff and selection far out way any fancy show room. Once again I would highly recommend Race track for Sales and service. Thank you.

Had a power problem, no power from the batteries even when the solar unit showed it had batteries at power. Shawn and his team found a ground problem and had me on my way quickly. They had previously installed the solar unit this last spring, it works fantastic. The work along with some other minor maintence was done on time (even ahead of time). I haven't had any dealings with sales but the service and parts team I will highly recommend. Thx Racetrack RV

We had nothing but great service from start to finish. From the first introduction to the walk through when we picked up out trailer. The service manager and the entire team where amazing.

Our experience at Racetrack RV was wonderful! George met us out front and made us feel at home immediately. He had us bring the dog along and gave him tons of treats, and he was patient while we checked out multiple RV's around the lot. He also was great with our 2 year old, who now calls him Uncle George! Spoiling him with toys and cookies!
He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all, and we ended up finding a great RV that we are so excited to take out this summer.
Boris in financing was also great. He was very upfront and clear about every step and he made the whole process quite smooth.
I am so glad it was the first place we walked into on our search for an RV, as I don't think we would have gotten better service anywhere else!

Our 1st. RV was used and Race Track worked to ensure that we were satisfied. We eventually traded out of it and to a new unit that later and manufacturer issues. Race Trace service & management worked to ensure that we were treated fairly even when it wasn't within their area of influence. To this day, when there are any issues, they have yet to fail us as the Service manager (Shawn) ensures that a promise of work completion is added to the work order & then ensures that it is met or get notified as to why it can't be met and it's usually due to parts delivery. I highly recommend RACE TRACK for Sales & Service.

Mid July we were off to another great RV weekend adventure to visit friends in Pine Lake for some golf and BBQ.

We had just arrived and first things first, chalking the wheels of our brand-new Fun Finder, I noticed the inside of the tires of the rear axle were totally bald and parts of the steel belts were exposed! We had only travelled about 175 kms, so quite a shock. Turns out the axle was indeed broken and we had to lowboy the 28’ back to the Race Track Shop in Airdrie.

It was Sunday and Ken actually met us at the Race Track Service Centre and secured the trailer for us.
First thing Monday morning Shawn the service manager, called and assured us our RV was fully warranted and was on the phone to USA to order a new complete axle.
The factory immediately pulled a complete axle and tires from the assembly line and had it shipped and flown in to Calgary.

It was a stressful 10 days as we had booked our major holiday in BC, but Management and Crew of Race Track RV made it so and we were on our way on time.

Searching and buying our perfect RV from Race Track was a lot of fun.

Post sale service and relying on the Dealer when you are in a bind, is critical.

Race Track RV came through, Shawn and his crew are top professionals.
We recommend them for a great deal when you buy and reliable post sale service.

Hands down the best customer experience I have ever had!

We had a long drive to get to Racetrack RV. We let them know we were coming, but we were late and got there after hours. They kept the showroom open late, and waited for us to arrive. Once there we were greeted by very friendly down to earth people. They answered all are questions gave us a quote and asked us if we were interested in making a deal. I told them I don’t want to make a snap decision. They said OK, and handed me a business card, and said let us know if you have any questions. They did not pressure us at all. We drove back to Edmonton. We ended up making the deal later by phone, and email. We had several special requests along with lots of questions. They answered all our questions, and got every detail correct. When we came to have the hitch installed on our van, and pick up our trailer they met the timeline they had specified exactly, and every detail was looked after perfectly. Again all stuff were friendly down to earth people that got it right the first time.

We went camping in Sundre right after we picked up our trailer. While in the camp ground I noticed our hitch needed an adjustment. I called Racetrack RV service to find out some information on how to adjust the hitch. The owner answered the phone. When he found out we had an issue with the hitch adjustment he drove all the way from Airdrie to our campsite in Sundre, and readjusted our hitch. When I told him I was amazed that he would drive all the way to our campsite to fix our issue, he said: “you are still my customer”.

From sales to service to finance we had a perfect experience with Racetrack RV.

Tourists from sask on vacation had mega camper troubles so we pulled into Race Trak to see about getting some help and they were very accommodating and helpful and got us on our way again. Super friendly and a great group of people. Would def recommend them.

We have been looking for a couple years for the perfect trailer. Thanks to the rv show we found the perfect one. Our experience with the sales staff was amazing. Especially PAM MULHALL, she was very knowledgeable and very friendly. We have actually became good friends and still keep in touch. First thing I would like to say is WOW what an amazing and genuine bunch of people. I was brought to this dealership by first reading all of their amazing reviews on GOOGLE and let me tell you they are right. I could not be happier with the amount of customer service that was given to me as soon as I walked through the front door. I never felt pressured when making my purchase everyone made me feel right at home and very comfortable with everything. I had the pleasure to speak with Matt the General Manager and he ensured that I understood everything about my purchase and really put my mind to ease about the purchase that I was making. We bought our brand new Kodiak from Racetrack RV from the moment we walked in the atmosphere was so friendly. Pam took us around and showed us some trailers and was fantastic, I can't say enough about Pam. Mark in finance went above and beyond for us and both Mark and Pam come in on there days off. Shawn and his service team r just amazing our walk through was great they made sure we knew how to do everything on our trailer. My husband and I just say enough great things about everyone at Racetrack RV I will recommend them every time to someone looking for a new or used trailer.

A big shout out to Shawn and the rest of the service team.
We took our 5th wheel in for service and thinking it woud be just a few minor things we were surprised at the list of things that needed repair. Some of these issues probably could have been avoided if the unit had been properly checked out when we bought it (used from another dealer) . So as not to go on and on it had turned out to be nightmare that was turned around by this amazing team. They advised us what could be covered by our insurance (we had a mishap) and what our extended warranty would cover , for seniors on a fixed income this was a life saver. A special thanks to Shawn for being the go between for the insurance and warranty companies.Thanks to all the team for going above and beyond, even coming out to our storage place to see if they could fix it and then towing it back to the shop when it was deemed it wasn't a quick fix.

Just wanted to drop a note to you to let you know our thoughts on our recent
experience with your dealership.
Talk about a class act. You must be very very proud of your wonderful team
of experts that run the daily operations of your business. My husband and I
had recently had an unpleasant experience with another rv dealer n Airdrie
and so we were a little skeptical about coming into your dealership. However
from the moment I called to see if we could view one of the toy haulers that
you had for resale we were pleasantly surprised at how friendly and
professional everyone that we came into contact with. Linda was more than
willing to show us the rv in question and was soooo accommodating in all of
our requests.( e.g.. putting the slide in and out, hooking up a battery so
we could see how all of the electrical worked, trying to find out what keys
opened what doors, and believe me there was a ton of them) then onto Rob in
sales who we felt gave us a very fair deal and never did we ever feel
pressured to make a purchase.
Upon a second visit Linda again was more than happy to spend the time with
us to have a second look. Lorna who took us through the paperwork and was
very informative on the pros and cons of the insurance process and again
made us feel like we had found the right place to make this purchase.
After the sale onto the PDI process and we could not have been more happy
with the group of gentleman that you have working at the East Lake location.
Shawn was super friendly and well informed and made us so welcome and spent
the time to answer all of our questions as well as pointing out a few things
to make our lives easier while on our travels. Onto Graham and wowed
again!!!!! We are seniors and in saying this I am admitting to the fact that
we are not always on the ball when it comes to remembering all the info that
we needed to take in but Graham was extremely patient and didn't mind at all
repeating any info that we didn't quite get. He spent a great deal of time
with us as we are new to the trailering experience he didn't seem to mind
all the questions that we barraged him with. I did not meet the person of
persons that detailed the unit but WOW looked like a brand new trailer when
they handed it over to us. Jason got us all of the parts we needed and then
some and his pleasant manner was very comforting to a couple of rv newbies.
All in all I would say and tell everyone I know how wonderful of a business
you operate and obviously the customer is number one in your books because
that is absolutely the way we felt during the whole process and will
absolutely highly recommend your dealership to any and all I meet. You
should be extremely extremely proud of your team.

Didn't purchase my Nash RV from Race Track, but I've had it there for maintenance twice now and have nothing but faith in their abilities to get my rig back on the road in a timely and efficient manner.
These people go WAY beyond what is required to make sure their customers are completely satisfied and happy with their work.
Communicating back and forth is like chatting with Friends and I always know that some one is looking into my issue and will respond quickly with positive results.

We couldn't be happier with the 2016 Shadow Cruiser 288RK we recently purchased. Fell in love with the trailer and the price. We were even more impressed with Racetrack when we arrived for our walk through. Shawn and Shayne pointed out a hairline crack in the fibreglass and recommended the Gator Skin for the front of the trailer. Gator Skin did an amazing job. We gave them creative license and did they ever deliver! It looks AMAZING!! Everyone at Racetrack has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is right and deliver on their promises. When they say welcome to the family, they mean it!

Shopped everywhere. Tried the "big" dealers and they were ignorant and condescending to my wife. They may have had a trailer we liked but no way were we buying from them. A friend recommended Racetrack because of the owner and the terrific service. My friends were RIGHT ! Awesome place ! No pressure sales, fantastic prices compared to the other dealers and my delivery was excellent ! Anyone wanting to get a trailer, shop at Racetrack RV. They are without a doubt the best place around.

For starters we spent several months looking for the perfect trailer for our family. We ending up choosing a brand new 2017 Fun Finder with RaceTrack RV which was purchased back in June 2016 for an amazing deal.
Everything was great up until some issues all began on our first camping trip with a blown tire after only a few days on the road. It wasn't just a flat tire we had, it was completely blown out from the inside wall of the tire . We thought that was a bit strange seeing how this was a brand new trailer! So for the rest of the trip we were had to use our spare tire and worried this might happen again . Needless to say , we did not go camping the rest of the year, as we waited for the trailer to be fixed .
We kept a very detailed list of things that had gone wrong during that week to be covered under warranty .
Everything went great thanks to Christie in the service department for following what needed to be covered under the warranty. The issue started when it came to the tires which was a result of the axels , based on what the manufacturers would agree on for warranty coverage .
These axels apparently were not only not fit for the trailers weight but were already bent before the purchase, possibly a manufacturers default ! (We understand that things can most defiantly go wrong with anything brand new)
The manufacturers for Fun Finder Brandon specifically was a complete nightmare to deal with which lasted several months. During this time the trailer and truck had to be weighed separately (at our own cost) which was an inconvenience (being that it was in the middle of winter) so that Brandon from Fun Finder could prove we were not overweight on the axels however we knew we were under weight before weighing in , considering we only had a camping van prior to purchasing this trailer and had never yet traveled with water and or sewage weight .
Brandon from Fun Finder was impossible to get ahold of as well and when we did get to chat with him he was extremely harsh, blaming us for everything. Ken and Shawn from RaceTrack RV knew this wasn't right in many ways and were on this case for us the whole time trying to make things right.
We were unable to get an upgrade which Shayne the shop foreman had recommended on the axels, for the size of the trailer , but the Fun Finder manufacturers completely denied this based on their number calculations for trailer weight ! We could have went through our insurance but we didn't think we should have to cover the costs at all for a brand new trailer and neither did Ken, Shawn and Shayne.
They were finally able to come to an agreement (after brutal conversations with Brandon of Fun Finder and then speaking finally with the person in charge at Fun Finder) they had changed the axels the way they should have been in the first place originally! The tire manufacturers also followed though months later dealing with Fun Finder.
After so many parties involved we finally got all of these issues fixed 6 months later.
So having said all of this Ken the owner and Shawn the service manager deserve a very big thank you, as well Christie from service and Shayne who had fixed our axels , for being so patient , supportive, helpful, honest and thorough by keeping us in the loop , as well being very detailed with all of the issues ! (not to mention allowing us to store the trailer the entire winter , which they also winterized for us at no extra charge )
If it wasn't for Ken , Shawn , Christie , and Shayne at RaceTrack Rv we would have for sure given up on the trailer all together ! We ended up having an awesome experience with everyone involved they all have excellent customer service and we would highly recommend anyone from there as they all went completely out of there way for us and now we couldn't be happier ! Knowing we may be back to have other things fixed on the trailer we wouldn't even hesitate to go back to them . We greatly appreciate all the hard work that went into this and again thank you all so very much !!!!

I recently picked up a 2015 Shadow Cruiser 280 QBS from Racetrack RV. This is my second trailer from Racetrack and we couldn't be happier. From sales to finance to service, the experience has been impeccable! The team at Racetrack is honest, straight forward and simply easy to deal with. Was greeted at the door with friendly customer service, Matt helped us out to find the perfect trailer that worked for our family. Matt was very helpful and easy to deal with and made sure we had everything needed in order to tow our trailer safely. Amber was so great to deal with, she got our financing approved very quickly. We picked our trailer up a few days after dealing with Matt and was shown the trailer by their service department, they helped set up my new hitch and showed me how to work everything on the trailer and ensured that I was comfortable with everything. Nothing but great things to say about this dealership and staff!!

We drove all the way from Cold Lake to deal with them...we refused to buy from anyone else because of the amazing and excellent customer service from John in sales and the whole staff. Matt, Ken and Josh and all the staff...started out as a possible horrible adventure, but because of them it made it a good memory.

Just purchased our second trailer in two years (Upgrading) from Matt at Racetrack. Super easy to deal with, great pricing so no need to shop around. Treat you like gold and want to get you everything you need. Super knowledgeable, very friendly and still managed to match or needs with our budget.
